If your PurePort is in any way faulty or defective when you receive it, send us a photo of the problem, and we will send you a replacement ASAP.
Damage and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
PurePort is proud to offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee policy on all PurePort tool purchases. You have 30 days from your order date to request a return. To start a return, contact us using the Contact Us page, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, we’ll refund your full purchase price to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t seen the merchant credit, please contact us.
